You are the solution. You count! You can make an impact
What will you do to encourage participation in the 2010 Census?
Here are some examples for what members from BLKC are doing:

· Informing others to visit the official census website, if they have questions related to the 2010 census

Meeting at a historic landmark in San Jose, CA
Meeting at a historic landmark in San Jose, CA
I had the wonderful opportunity of attending the Black Community Leadership Kitchen Cabinet (BLKC) meeting today. The meeting was held at First AME Zion Church. Rev. Jeff Moore informed me that we were standing on a landmark. First AME Zion Church is the oldest African American Church in San Jose, CA
I enjoyed attending the meeting and having an intellectual conversation about the 2010 Census.
The Black Community Leadership Kitchen Cabinet is a great network of professionals in Santa Clara County. The BLKC is providing a major role and engaging the community to participate in the 2010 Census. I know the BLKC will continue to make a tremendous impact to the African American community.
